Residents of unincorporated San Bernardino County communities will have an opportunity to dispose of bulky waste at no cost during an upcoming community clean-up event.

Community: Morongo Valley
Hosted by County Code Enforcement and the Solid Waste Management Division, the event will provide convenient, local disposal options for residents. Roll-off containers will be available for household trash, bulky items, green waste, tires, and electronic waste. Free on-site confidential document shredding will also be offered. Business or commercial materials will not be accepted.
Residents should secure and cover loads before traveling to the event. Participants must unload their own vehicles. Oversized or difficult-to-handle loads may be turned away and directed to dispose of items at their own expense. Tire disposal is limited to nine tires per load under state law, and tires on rims are permitted.
Accepted materials include:
- Household trash
- Bulky household items
- Green waste
- Passenger vehicle tires
- Electronics such as TVs, computer monitors, VCRs, stereos, and cell phones (collected by the Urban Conservation Corps)
Not accepted:
Concrete or hazardous waste. Prohibited items include household and automotive batteries, motor oil, antifreeze, gasoline, pesticides, fertilizers, fluorescent bulbs, pool chemicals, paint products, and medications.
