The San Bernardino County Assessor-Recorder-Clerk’s (ARC) team continues to provide essential services for Morongo Basin residents with twice-monthly visits to the Bob Burke Government Center in Joshua Tree. These in-person services ensure that residents have convenient access to a wide range of essential documents and filings—all available inside the building.

The next ARC team visit to Joshua Tree is scheduled for Wednesday, April 9, from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Residents can take advantage of several key services, including:

  • Obtaining birth, death, and marriage certificates
  • Applying for marriage licenses and even conducting marriage ceremonies
  • Filing fictitious business name statements
  • Recording official documents
  • Submitting notary public filings

These services are available on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month at the Bob Burke Government Center, providing a reliable option for residents who need vital records and document services close to home.

Appointments are highly recommended and can be scheduled by calling 909-387-8306. For more details on ARC services, visit arc.sbcounty.gov.
