Barstow Community College invites the community to its Annual Festival of Lights & Learning on Tuesday, December 2, from 5 to 8 p.m. in the James R. Parks Gymnasium. Enjoy an evening filled with holiday performances, kids’ activities, and a festive raffle, plus a chance to snap a photo with Santa!
