In partnership with NextEra Energy, Barstow Community College is excited to host a dynamic Career Technical Education STEM Camp designed to spark innovation and curiosity in high school students. Taking place from June 9 to June 12, this free, hands-on camp invites 9th through 12th-grade students to explore cutting-edge STEM projects in a fun and engaging environment.
Students can work on real-world technology, including Raspberry Pi, solar boats and cars, wind turbines, drones, and solar trainers. The camp runs daily from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and breakfast and lunch are provided.
A Parent Information Night will be held on June 5 to provide families with details about the camp experience.
