Two school districts in the Third District have announced plans to remain closed due to the Line Fire.
In a social media post, Redlands Unified School District said, “Due to the ongoing fire situation and evacuation warnings in East Highland, as well as the Unhealthy/Hazardous Air Quality in the region, ALL Redlands Unified School District schools will remain closed for students and staff on Tuesday, September 10.
***All RUSD students and employees will return back to school on Wednesday, September 11.***”

Rim of the World School District announced their intention to stay closed for the rest of the week. “ROWUSD will be closing schools from September 9th to September 13th., or until further notice. Our top priority is the safety of our students and staff, and we will continue to monitor the situation closely.”
