The City of Highland presents its State of the City Address on Thursday, August 29, at 5:30 p.m. Mayor Penny Lilburn will discuss the achievements of the past year and the many opportunities in Highland’s future. The State of the City will be held at Sterling Natural Resource Center, 25318 5th Street in San Bernardino. Light refreshments will be served.
