The Lady Be Aware safety course is specifically designed for women who want to develop the necessary attitude, skills, and knowledge to help prevent them from becoming a victim. The course is eight hours long. The first portion of the training will be in the classroom and will cover basic ways to prevent becoming a victim. The second portion will cover weaponless defensive tactics and introduction to shooting.
